What qualifies?
At Toputure, we offer a Price Match Guarantee to ensure you always get the best value when shopping on our official website. If you find the same product at a lower price from an eligible retailer within 30 days of your purchase, simply contact our customer service team with valid proof, and we’ll refund you the difference.
- Applies to the same product, same model and specs purchased from the Toputure official website(Toputure.com).
- The item for price matching must come from a qualifying website or platform, the compared price must include shipping, and the product must not appear on the exclusions list.
- The request must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
How to Request a Price Match?
Step 1: Find a Better Price
Identify the eligible, lower-priced product you wish to price match on yaber.com or a qualifying retailer's website.
Step 2: Apply for Price Match
Provide us the active link showing theexact matching low-priced item, thescreenshot of the product page displaying the lower price, and your location to help@toputure.com.
Step 3: Get Your Refund
We will take 1-3 working days to walkyou through the process. Once validated,we'll complete your purchase.
What Toputure.com Won't Match?
- Corporate (B2B) prices and quotes; Commercial quantities and pricing (e.g., a reduced price not available to the public);
- Out-of-stock, pre-sale, or discontinued items;
- Overseas models & color variations that are not available locally (e.g., from parallel importers and grey market distributors);
- Commercial quantities and pricing (e.g., a reduced price not available to the public);
- Prices where an item is part of a package or bundle;
- Pricing errors that are lower as a result of an error by the retailer (e.g., technical issues, misquoted prices);
- Cashback, credit card/payment method rebates, and coupon offers (e.g., cashback or reduced price requiring a coupon or electronic codewords);
- Stock liquidations (i.e., clearance products or goods sold by a business placed into receivership);
- Affiliate promotions that are promoted on behalf of a retailer;
- Flash sales lasting less than 12 hours and “doorbuster” sales;
- Marketplace sellers and drop shippers;
- Interest-Free and Finance offers where the payment method is part of the condition of a price;
- Offers and promotions where loyalty points may make up a component of the payment;
- Products sold by non-authorized distributors;
